EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING ALLPROGS (THE PRODUCT). THE PRODUCT MEANS ALL OF THE ELECTRONIC FILES PROVIDED EITHER BY DOWNLOAD OR ON PHYSICAL MEDIA (CD-ROM, DVD OR OTHER MEDIA THAT IS PROVIDED WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PRODUCTS, OR BY CLICKING ON I ACCEPT BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND IT, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. This end user license agreement is between you (you), as either an individual or as a business entity, and Christophe Bertrand ("the Author").
In exchange for your use of the Product, you agree as follows:
1. License
Grant of License. The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, back-up, and use the Software (the Product) on one or more computers, including any documentation and files accompanying the Products. You shall not resell, lease, sell, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to the Author. All copyrights to the Product are exclusively owned by the Author.
Restrictions. The licenses granted herein are only valid if:
the Product is NOT modified in any manner;
the Product is only installed and used in accordance with your network security policies,
you posses the necessary authority and power to install and use the Product,
this agreement is accepted without modification and has not been breached.
Limited Guarantee.
THE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE
Redistribution.
The Product may be freely distributed provided the distribution package is not modified or encapsulated. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the Product without permission from the Author. Only unmodified installer can be redistributed; redistribution of the Product binaries in any other form is not permitted.

Installing and using the Product signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Product files from your storage devices and cease to use the Product.
